Sundays Gather the Church, Mondays Send the Church
"What if the call of God on your life has nothing to do with a title, and everything to do with impact?"
Millions of believers are sitting in church pews waiting for a platform, a microphone, or permission to do ministry, completely unaware that God has already assigned them immense influence in the marketplace.
One of the greatest lies ever believed in the body of Christ is not about sin or theology—it's about calling. We have artificially divided the world into two categories: the sacred and the secular. It's time to expose the lie that is keeping millions of believers playing small.

CALLED POSITIONED EMPOWERED IMPACTFUL
You Were Made For Mondays.
Deconstructing the Divide
For decades, church culture has subtly enforced a devastating lie: that there are two tiers of work. We are told that "sacred work" is what happens inside the four walls of the church—preaching, singing, and leading worship. Everything else—business, education, government, healthcare, construction—is merely "secular."
The Second-Tier Believer Myth
This cultural (not biblical) thinking has elevated pulpit ministry while minimizing the builder, the entrepreneur, the teacher, and the investor. It makes highly gifted people feel as though they aren't "spiritual" enough unless they are working for a church.
God Doesn't Just Call—He Positions
"God doesn't just call people, He positions them." If you don't understand positioning, you will misinterpret your purpose. We have been taught to value visibility over impact, causing millions to crave a stage while abandoning their assigned mission field: their workplace.
When you look through Scripture, God never made the division between sacred and secular. Some of the greatest heroes of the faith were not priests or pastors; they were high-level professionals placed strategically in the marketplace and government.
Joseph & Daniel: The Executives
Joseph didn't preach sermons; he was a Chief Strategy Officer managing a national economy during a global crisis. Daniel didn't pastor a church; he was an executive coach and advisor to kings.
Nehemiah: The Builder
When the walls of Jerusalem were broken down, God didn't send a preacher to fix it; He sent a contractor. Nehemiah solved an infrastructure problem. Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is fix broken systems.
Lydia: The Entrepreneur
Lydia wasn't running a ministry team; she was a businesswoman in global trade. She used the wealth she generated to fund the early church. The Kingdom doesn't just move on preaching; it moves on provision.
It is time to stop asking, "When will I be used?" and start asking, "How can I use where I am at right now?"
Preaching Without Words
You are preaching every single day. The way you handle pressure, the way you treat your employees, the way you solve problems, and the excellence you bring to your work speaks louder than any microphone. Character shows up when pressure hits.
Your Office is a Mission Field
If you don't see your position correctly, you will try to abandon it for something that "looks" more spiritual. Say it out loud: "My workplace is my mission field." God placed you there intentionally to bring order to chaos, to lead with integrity, and to fund the Kingdom.
