Adam, The Spirit Man: Unlocking Your Divine Design for Dominion

In our modern world, filled with propaganda and social engineering, life can be confusing. We are constantly pulled in different directions, often losing sight of our core identity. However, a profound teaching by Pastor Trevor Ndamuka offers a powerful anchor: understanding our original design as "Adam, The Spirit Man."
The Original Design: Spirit First
In the Garden of Eden, God fellowshipped with Adam spirit to spirit. This is a crucial truth. Before anything else, God created an **environment**—a spiritual atmosphere—where man could dwell and communicate directly with Him. After establishing this presence, God gave the man his first assignment: to tend the garden, which is called **work**. This sequence is the divine blueprint.
Romans 12:2 instructs us, "be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind." This is vital because we live in a world designed to confuse our purpose. The Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, is our guide. As Christ promised in John 16:13, He will guide us into all truth, declaring the things to come and reminding us of our true, spiritual identity.
The Dominion Mandate
In Genesis 1:26, God said, "Let us make man (Adam) in our image... and let them have dominion." The Hebrew word for dominion, *radah*, means to rule, dominate, and subdue. This was God's original intent: for mankind to rule, govern, and administrate.
Crucially, this assignment was given to Adam, the spirit man. It was the spirit man who fellowshipped with God, the spirit man who named the creatures, and the spirit man who was given the authority to govern. Our primary identity is not physical but spiritual, connected to God spirit to spirit.
The Kingdom Domain
Just as God created man, He also created his dwelling place—his domain, or kingdom. The Garden of Eden was God's creation, but it was **Adam's domain**. The Kingdom of God is a spiritual domain filled with His presence, a place where all "Adams" can abide and exercise their God-given authority.
"If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you." (John 15:7)
This kingdom is the place designed to host you and to respond to your leadership. When you operate from your identity as a spirit man, you are positioned to unlock the full potential God has placed within you and to bring order and purpose to your assigned domain.
