2. Know Your Vessels: Vessels are your skills and talent. If you are a cook your product must have a unique recipe that noone can do or copy such that the delicious taste attracts customers to you. Create a need for customers so that they choose your product or service.
3. How Many Vessels Do you have? The more expertise you have the better you become against your competitors. You could be a teacher, a doctor or a lawyer - what is important is how clients assess the results of your work. If you do an excellent job they will come back to you but if they are not satisfied they will run away to another supplier.

8. Do Business with Integrity: Earn trust and respect from your customers by delivering the right product or services according to their specifications and requirements at the right time.
9. Treat Every customer with Respect: Know that your own business is your employment that generates money for you. If you lose clients you lose money.
10. Your Customers are your Advertising Agents: Give your customers an excellent product or best service to win their confidence. Then they will in turn refer other people to do business with you. Your good name will earn you more business.
11. Communication is Very Important: Always information has to flow between you and your clients. Feed them so that they feed you back in order to come out with a perfect product. Understand what your customer requirements are through communicating with them and comply accordingly otherwise you supply the wrong thing.
