Early Life and Youth
Oudney was born July 23 1982 in Chivhu, to Gladys Basvi (Patsika) and Moses Matabele Patsika. He was raised in Zengeza, Chitungwiza where he still resides. Oudney N. Patsika grew up the first born in a family with seven children (four boys and three girls)
In 1999 he came to Christ at the age of seventeen, whilst reading a pamphlet by The Wayside Harvesters whilst he was sitting in the Kitchen. At that time, he was doing “O” level at Zengeza High School, were he served as the Scripture union leader for three years. He has never looked back ever since.
In Arts and Business
Oudney is the founder of the for profit company Oudney Africa Corporation, through which he facilitates training and planning sessions and employs his aptitude as author, creative designer, empowerment speaker and counselor. He has worked many years in administrative and empowerment strategies. He works as a trainer, and organizational development consultant.
Oudney Africa Corporation, as an empowerment company strives to empower people so that can move beyond their limitations to recognize potential, embrace new possibilities and harness their personal power.
He also employ his aptitude thorough his media investment company, which he founded in 2011 and then registered in 2012. In Oudney's Studios, the Reverend works as the company founder Brand Architect. The vision and mission of the media investment company is to design websites & print graphics, publish books, movies & television, and music. Our attempt is to “leave a lasting legacy” in people through the media expressions of visual and print arts.
In Faith and Worship
Oudney serves as an empowerment equipper and an apostolic administrative facilitator in the body of Christ. He is an administrative and organizational development expert who specializes in the equipment and empowerment issues for the development of the saint to create forward thing churches.
He is the Executive Administrative Director in Glory Ministries were his empowerment messages have earned him the name Reverend.

Oudney and his wife Anatolia Patsika resides in the Harare area in Chitungwiza, Zengeza. They have been blessed with a son named Ordain.
