Isn't God Calling You? with Apostle Pride Sibiya - Mzansi Tiyambuke

We all are called by God to minister to Him as priests, to speak prophetically to others and also to exercise dominion on the earth as kings.

However God also calls for other ministries like administration, exhortation, serving, helps, giving, intercession, hospitality, academics, mercy, youth ministry, sport, drama and arts, comedy, painting, craft, poetry and all. Do not look down upon your calling. Do what God has called you to.

To some He also calls into the five-fold ministry of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher.

The usual 5 stages are:
Isn't God Calling You? with Apostle Pride Sibiya - Mzansi Tiyambuke
1. Theophany/call. This is the manifestation of God in one way or the other. A dream, a vision, fire, voice. I saw Jesus in a vision but not everyone will see him or angels in order to be called. It may be a deep desire that God puts on your heart (1 Tim 3:1) or even by apostolic/ prophetic presbytery(1 Tim 4:14).

2. Resistance.
The person resists for many reasons: pride, unworthiness, age, sin and all. I never wanted to be a minister I had my own egoistic reasons and felt ministry is for the poor but next is...

3. Pressure from God.
Either through compulsion/force e.g to Jeremiah and Jonah or persuasion as he gives assurance of accompaniment. Signs and wonders happen, or even things just fail happening for you.

4. Acceptance.
The person sees that, you cannot run from God, you are here on God's mission not yours.

5. Commissioning. You are given the prophetic mission, you get an outline of your duties and God speaks to other mature people in Church that confirm and ordain you. You receive your boundaries and areas of operation.

Call is not commissioning, when called, go through the process till you are commissioned.

Be patient and wait on God and the Church.

I love you so.
