Scripture: Judges 21: 6-7 And the children of Israel grieved for Benjamin their brother, and said, One tribe, is cut off from Israel today. What shall we do for wives for those who remain, seeing we have sworn by the LORD that we will not give them our daughters as wives?
1. A man should be able to say sorry/ repent: A man should not have so much pride that he refuses to say ‘I am sorry.’ The problems of the tribe of Benjamin just began when they refused to accept that they had made a mistake – an inability to repent. Every man needs to learn that repentance is necessary if ever God is going to take us to the next level.
Men must be able to repent and come back to God when they have sinned. It is the stubborn man who refuses to accept that they have erred – and thus need to repent.
Emphasis – A men let us be able to repent and say I am sorry.
The whole tribe of Israel was destroyed because one man refused to say sorry. Also, the whole tribe of Israel suffered because it did not confront other brothers that sinned.

2. We need one another: We may all have different priorities but we must be able to unite and forgive each other. The whole tribes of Israel after waging war with Benjamin realised that even though Benjamin had sinned … it still was part of the whole nation.
The strategy to look for a wife for Benjamin was based on the understanding that though Benjamin has made a mistake ... he still was needed in the full matrix of the nation.
3. Never leave your man in the fire: We must never ever leave our fellow brethren dying. You must never leave your fellow brethren suffering when you are present. Men should have the ability to identify when one of their fellow brethren is in need.
Men should never stand-alone … or have the spirit of competition. We have to utilize the power that God has a place upon us to stand together build together and stand with one another.
