His accomplice, Ndlovu, appeared in court recently facing a rape charge. She is in remand awaiting a trial date.

Prosecuting, Mr Stanley Chinyanganya said Moyo would arrive at the juvenile's homestead where she lives under Ndlovu's care together with her siblings and sleep with her.

"On 15 March Moyo proceeded to the juvenile's homestead where she stays with a housemaid as her guardian. Moyo entered into a room together with the juvenile and Ndlovu locked them inside.

"Moyo raped the juvenile several times under the same circumstances at the same place," he said.
Mr Chinyanganya said Moyo fled after committing the offence but was arrested on 21 August after an identification parade at the Plumtree Police Station.
Ndlovu was allegedly facilitating the rape of her boss's daughter in exchange for cash as her employer who works in South Africa was not paying her enough money.

When Ndlovu appeared in court before Plumtree magistrate Mr Livard Philemon recently, it was presented before the court that she invited Moyo to her boss's house on several occasions during the period extending from 1 to 15 March.

She was reportedly employed by the juvenile's mother who works in South Africa during the month of January.
She went on to offer the juvenile to Moyo who was raping the girl in exchange for money.

The offence came to light after the juvenile was referred to the hospital by her teacher after complaining of abdominal pains.
Upon being questioned she revealed that Ndlovu was forcing her to have sexual intercourse with a man that she did not know in a bid to raise money, which resulted in the accused person's arrest.
