Celine Dion has disclosed that her husband, René Angélil is now unable to feed himself due to a serious battle with throat cancer which has now deteriorated. Speaking to ABC News, the award winning singer and song writer admittedly said, “He can’t use his mouth.

He can’t eat so I feed him. He’s got a feeding tube. I have to feed him three times a day. I do this myself. So I feed my husband, then I feed my kids.” The 46 year old Canadian said she is hopeful that things will get better. “We are taking life one day at a time.
[But] we are choosing to live”, she stated. In August last year, the Titanic soundtrack hit singer had to shelve all her upcoming shows at Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas to attend to her ailing husband who was diagnosed of throat cancer in 2013.
