Daily bread: Wisdom with Prophet W. Magaya

Scriptures: Proverbs.30:24-28[NKJV]

24 There are four things which are little on the earth,
But they are exceedingly wise:
25 The ants are a people not strong,
Yet they prepare their food in the summer;
26 The rock badgers are a feeble folk,
Yet they make their homes in the crags;
27 The locusts have no king,
Yet they all advance in ranks;
28 The spider skilfully grasps with its hands,
And it is in kings’ palaces.

Good morning the children of God!
Mangwanani vana vaMwari!
Hareruya vanhu vaMwari!
Kana urimwana wemuporofita itaAmen inosvota satan!

God wrote the Bible for people but in this scripture He writes about animals. He did that so that He could impart knowledge on us. Wisdom is lacking in the church today but it is abundant in the world. The people in the world are wiser than the people in the church today. The poverty in your life today is because of your lack of wisdom. People lack knowledge compared to these little creatures called ants. Ants store their food in summer but people do not understand the signs of the times.

Life needs people who act like ants that gather their food during summer in preparation for winter. Many people overspend forgetting tomorrow’s responsibilities. Some drive top of the range cars but they do not have houses.

The rock badger makes its home in little cracks so that when a snake chases it, the badger easily sneaks into the crack and the snake waits for the whole day outside waiting for its prey. The snake ends up being the security more than the enemy as it unconsciously guards against eagles and other enemies.

Am I speaking to somebody?

David is in the Bible because he faced a big problem. The bigger the problem the bigger the testimony. Let your challenge be your testimony. Locusts have no king yet they move in ranks. Ants have coordination and one can hardly tell who is the leader yet people in the workplaces back-bite each other every time and they are selfish. Ants have division of labour yet some people in the workplace are so selfish to know and do everything such that when that person is away or resigns, business collapses.

Uripanapa here iwewe?

Some fathers are busy demanding respect in the family but that is not the property of a good father. Be known to be a father through your actions. The rock badger makes its home in the cracks because it identified its weaknesses and you need to do the same today to avoid problems.

Daily bread: Wisdom with Prophet W. Magaya
Locusts breed in the desert but they feed in the green lands. The farmers use fire guards to deter these locusts but they fly into these green lands with the old locusts in front. The old ones are the ones that survived the previous year and they go in first and get burnt. When the old ones get burnt, they extinguish the fire guards and that allows the young locusts to get into the fields. The oldest sacrifice for the younger ones. That culture is not evident in people, let alone Christians, they are self-centred. No one has ever preached to locusts but they are able to sacrifice for others. Most accidents are due to selfishness. Company owners take all the money and neglect the workers.

Some of your possessions are meant for the next person and not you. Learn to give the best of your possessions not only what you no longer need.

When last did you give sacrificially? Your giving should better the life of the coming generations. The person who gives the most receives the most as the measure you give is the measure you get.

Lizards are small animals but are found in kings’ palaces. Lizards are found everywhere and do not care who owns the house or its worth. You should not be afraid of anything and be like a lizard, venture anywhere. Most businesses fail due to fear. Remember fear breeds failure. How can you fly high like an eagle when you spend most of your time with the chickens? You should have confidence even when you are in a new environment.

Are you learning something somebody?

Do not show the world your problems or how much you are suffering. A sorrowful heart and a long face do not change your situation – but rather it gives the devil credit and makes him rejoice over your misery. Weaken the devil with praise and smile all the time like what Paul and Silas did when they were thrown in prison. Cover up your difficult moments and avoid expecting sympathy from the people because if they sympathise with you and pity you that is what you will ONLY get BUT not a solution to your problem – instead you are merely giving them news to gossip around. Dress well and be presentable.

Put your shoulders up and walk majestically. Sit with millionaires and get into houses of kings. Money is in information. Associate with people who have a better social status than you in order to get vital information that will raise you up. You should place yourself in positions or environments that will enable you to be a better person, socially or financially. Opportunities are there but can be found by those looking for them.

Shout, “
I will not tell my problems to everybody!
I will not draw a long face in the middle of a problem!
I rejoice over my sickness to weaken the devil!
I rejoice over my barrenness to weaken the devil!
I rejoice over my poverty to weaken the devil!
You devil you are a liar and my Jesus Christ is the Mighty Deliverer!
I have wisdom! I am wise! My Jesus, I fear not! Yadah! Abbah! Father!”

Glory be to God. Mbiri kunaJesu.
