Cassper Nyovest gets a chilling message!

ZIMBABWEANS have taken to social media to threaten SA artist Cassper Nyovest that he will face the music if he goes ahead with his planned Zimbabwe tour next Saturday.

On Wednesday, Augustus Vurunga from Zimbabwe posted a banner of the Gusheshe hitmaker on social media which read: “Dear Cassper Nyovest, tell your people to stop xenophobia or you’re not welcome.”

Augustus said he’d be in the front of the crowd at the airport to make sure Cassper left the moment after he arrived.

In response, Cassper responded that his show will go ahead because he doesn’t support xenophobia.

He went on: “I’m going to Zimbabwe next week!!!

“I do not care who threatens me. I am going to perform for MY people!!! My African people!!! My family!!!

His next tweet should go a long way to winning over any angry Zimbabwean fans: “Actually I want to donate all the proceeds from my show in Zimbabwe to xenophobia survivors. I will come and perform for free.”

Yesterday the People’s Paper reported that the Big Nuz band was considering cancelling their Bulawayo show scheduled for this weekend because they’re worried about being attacked.
